Morellonomicon is proccing grevious wounds on Aatrox's revive passive

As the title says there is grievous wounds on passive. I believe the cause to be Morellonomicon because in the many games I've played as Aatrox I have never seen grievous wounds from ignite. I was playing against a cho'gath who had a morello he q-w'd me and I went into my passive, with grievous wounds. Another time was with a teemo who shot out his blinding dart, I again went into my passive with grievous wounds. This is a pretty bad bug for Aatrox because he revives with half the health he would've normally had.
