Keystroke Bug [CRASH]

So I was off playing with two of my friends, and at the start of both matches we played, I would lock the camera out of habit (I typically stay in locked camera until I get to my lane). My bind to having a locked camera is Y, which I believe is still the default last I checked. Whenever I would hit said key, the game crashes and I'm forced to reconnect. The first match wasn't too much of an issue, but in the second game, their top lane was able to get roughly 13-15 CS ahead...which was actually enough for him to get quite ahead of me in the early game.

EDIT: I just got finished with a bot game to test if my game would continue to crash, and sure enough it did. But what I learned was this: It wasn't just locking the camera. It was ANY keyboard input. Hitting my Q - crash. Hitting enter to talk to my team - crash. Anything involving the press of a key. And now I'm being penalized for quitting a game I had no control of.
