Highlight recordings are stuck on mute

I like to save some of the games I play, and I know the recordings saved to the client will be deleted eventually. As such, I record the highlights using the tool found in the client. It saves the clip and I can view it in my browser. However, the last few clips I have saved, when trying to view them in the browser, are stuck on mute. The volume icon on screen will not have any interaction. Anybody have a fix? Alternatively, any good program or means of saving games and highlights for later viewing? The highlights open as a .webm file in the browser if this helps.
