Ranked Ques Disabled, Runes are missing, custom message disappears

Basically everything written in the title. I cannot play ranked as it is saying I do not own 20 champions (I own 120), my custom rune pages are gone (only the pre-made pages are left), and my status message reverts to "Online" after I had changed it and logged off and back on. I want to try to keep climbing in ranked, but now the game cannot count apparently, and I really would not like to remake all of my missing rune pages. Anybody have a fix or advice?
