wukong bug

today i played (the second) game as wukong(kind of main him this season) and i noticed(only in this game) that my e-r combo had a delay..it stunned them,but only after some time( probably less than a second). last season his ult was bugged( all spells went to 1 sec cd if u stop ur ulti early) so it could be a possible bug again.
