Patch Notes are wrong about Ivern

I didn't know where to post this, but i feel like the patch notes are pretty confusing..it says that iverns costs were 25% base halth and 30% base mana but ehhh the cost decreased over time/levels o.o on the pbe the costs got changed to 204 - 380 Health and 158 - 140 Mana, I feel liek that this just stand in the patch notes
