If you ping an ability when you're able to lvl it up, the visual effect doesn't disappear after that

So I was playing Zyra, and right after getting a level up i pinged my E, after that i put a skill point in it. however, it still looked like as if i was able to level this ability up. As you can see here , I was level 4 and put 4 skill point in my abilities already but that " ^ " thingy is still there. It even stayed there after putting all 5 skill points in the ability, as you can see here it stayed there for the whole game, nothing happened when I clicked on it :/
