[Client] New TV losing connection to PC when the game is over and it exits to client

I have not had this problem before but let me explain. I just purchased a new LG 50um7300 tv that I've got connected to my tv in replacement of my old TCL and Samsung tv a few days ago. This has happened twice out of maybe 10 times since playing. I will be playing and once the game is over and I leave the victory screen my tv suddenly loses connection to the computer. I can hear in my headset the sound the PC makes when a device is being connected and disconnected so there is an issue between the TV and the client/my pc and I'm not sure how to fix it. My drivers are up to date and I'm using Windows 7 on a gateway PC.
