[Sejuani E] E activation disappear on scuttler

Hi,

I post this bug here, it's the 2nd time that I see it these worlds. The first time was the quarter with MSF I think (not sure). Anyway, this bug is just that sometimes sejuani's E is disappearing when she activates it on the scuttler. The only similarities I found is that it occurs when the scuttler is near a wall. It's not really gamebreaking, but your stacks are consumed even tho you didn't auto attack.

https://clips.twitch.tv/AssiduousCreativeKangarooItsBoshyTime I wanted to share this clip aswell, where Soaz is ulting Cho for apparently no reasons, and we can see the little blue thing on Cho' which indicates that Sejuani is near him but she wasn't. I don't know if it's a visual bug for spectators only, or if it's an in-game bug, it's actually more problematic than the scuttler.

I hope there are no other bugs on Sej, I don't really want to see a remake of FNC/SKT 2k15 when Reignover had a bug on Sej's dash which prevent him to try to steal the baron.
