[Ryze R] Herald Tping in ennemy base.

Hi,

Just saw this bug on Nisqy's stream. He tried to tped the herald into the t3 mid turret, but he got tped into the ennemy base, look at the minimap. We saw a similar bug in Worlds with Caps trying to do the same thing but the Herald didn't move. It would be nice if this bug can be fixed. Imagine if you are trying to pressure with an Herald top, and then rotate on midlane with the same Herald to take the tower. This weird interaction can prevent you to take a nice advantage in the game.
