"Could not Lock in champion"

I was in champ select for a game. I locked in Diana mid and all of a sudden a message saying something along the lines of "Error: Could not lock in champion, please try again" popped up. I pressed "OK" and it kicked me out of the champ select and gave me a queue dodge timer when I tried to enter the queue again! Anyone else have this happening to them?
