After champs selected crash can't get in to game

Rito! This is fucking serious! My game crash after the champs selected I had reported this problem to you last week! And you didn't help me out with this! Wtf riot! Now I had re-downloaded the game and when I go into try a custom game it still fucking crash! wtf is shit rito????

I got banned cuz of this shit issue and you didn't fucking unbanned me and also you didn't help me fix this problem out!! Rito plz reply my fucking reported! Jeez Rito!
