Nocturne Passive cooldown reduction indicator on q

The little flash that's meant to occur on Nocturnes passive whenever you AA something to indicate the 1 second cooldown reduction is happening on the Q instead of the Passive symbol on the ability bar.

I'm pretty sure it happens on both at the same time though
