Kha'Zix Evolve Bug [Gameplay]

In the past 5 or same games of Ascension I have noticed that evolving q ,e,w,r (with the hunt challenge) that when you evolve the wings the model will stay as if you haven't evolved them even though you gain the effect of having evolved wings. It doesn't seem like I needed to do anything special in order to trigger the bug, but I think that it may have been some effect of dying. So wings evolve normally, then when you die (maybe when e is on cd) for whatever reason they go back to the non-evolved model

[Edit] Not sure if relevant, but I was using mecha kha at the time.
