league of legends lag

I have like pc lag when I lunch LOL i have reported that to riot and we have made lots of changes but still no improvments now i have question about 'bit' the game that i installed is supports 32 bit but acutally my pc is supporting '64 bit' so the question is if i reinstall it will i see some difference . the old client was so felxiable and no problems with it,it all starts it with the new one.
