Wait time bug

Currently if you get into a lobby and it kicks you back out it resets your wait time. It doesn't matter why you get kicked ( i.e. somebody doesn't ban or lock in a champ in time ). I'm sure this was to get rid of the screenshots of absurdly long wait times but it's rather annoying when you wait for 3 or 4 minutes then get kicked out only to wait another 3 to 4 minutes yet it doesn't actually count the time before. You are still waiting for a game to happen and your current wait time should reflect that.
