Possible bug?

So I was playing Kat mid. I bought the new Dark Steel. A while later i had about 6 stacks, and noticed i was getting no bonus ap. when i would hover over the item it would tell me i have 0 bonus ap. even when i got to the full 10 stacks, i was getting a bonus ap amount of 0. Has anyone else ran into this problem. Could it have been i was getting the bonus but the item just wasn't displaying the bonus?

You were getting the bonus, it just didn't show.

I ran a custom earlier and saw the same thing. I noted my ap and then sold the item, checked the ap again, and fleshed out the difference. The ap was there, just not represented in the item text. Akali
