Yasuo wall not blocking TF pick a card [Gameplay]

When playing Yasuo his wall in some cases is not blocking TF pick a card ability. The bug seems to have a certain condition though. If the wall is down before the card is thrown it will block it, but if the card is already thrown before the wall is used it will go right through

Steps:

1. Go into custom game
2. Have one person play TF one play Yasuo
3. Have TF throw a pick a card and have Yasuo try to block it while it is en-route

Success Rate 100%. Unfortunately I am on a potato I am unable to record evidence, but it is easily enough tested.
