Can we please fix the re-appearance of the Kassadin and Nidalee E bug?

After riftwalk/pounce using either of these champions E will cast behind the champion instead of in the direction it is facing. I remember there being this bug quite a while ago, and it is quite frustrating to deal with. I have confirmed this in a custom and in some normals.
