[Gameplay] Cannot Open the Champion Item Buy menu

After updating to Version 6.2 i Cannot Buy anything, because of the fact, that i cannot Open the Buy menu. When i press the key, the menu opens, weich is showing my strength, abilitiy power and so one. I've trief two times with different Champs (Janna, Blitz)
