Can't open the trader menu

Since last week I couldn't open the trader menu. Every time I have tried it the champion info menu appears! But not the sell menu. I can click on the money display, or the trader, or I can use a hot key, nothing works. I use Windows 10 with an acer inspire notebook. Without items I couldn't play and I have been punished because of leaving the game to often.
