spectating bug

after watching a ranked match the match wouldn't end,here's what happened:after the purple teams nexus was destroyed the game wouldn't end and all the minions and champs would just stand there,the funny thing is u can keep watching the nexus being destroyed and yeah only alt+f4 is the way out
