kayle's E empowered autos no longer aggro minions

i auto aggressively since she walked up to minion wave. then w auto to proc thunderlords. she follows me behind my minion wave while auto attacking only me, minions dont aggro. i start thinking "wtf minions should aggro by now" so i step up right behind my caster wave she autos again. stll dont aggro. THEN i realize that shes NOT going to aggro so i have to flash away or die.

now lets say a different champion....maybe varus... say he starts lane even with minions. i auto w and walk back to lose aggro of his minions.. he follows this kayles path while autoing me and he WILL aggro minions and at lvl 1 with 600hp max my minions alone will would win the trade for me. however. since its kayle, and i assume because her autos become a "spell" that its not aggroing like autos do, even tho it is an auto.

pls confirm that is a bug and that you will fix it. currently this gives kayle a massive advantage in lane vs pretty much every single other champion in a 1v1 lane scenario. no champion should be able to follow you into your minions while autoing and not be allowed to be punished for it.
