wtf 20 min report because bug

9.8.2016 18:30 i get report from teammates because i AFK .It's not my fault i have broken connection when internet come i wait 30 seconds i click reconnect and league say me no internet connection but my sister have internet on her phone and i have internet on my phone i clicking reconnect and nothing happen i exit then,again open league of legends and click reconnect and when i reconnect everyone writing in chat report yi report yi report yi (i'm playing yi that game) and i get ban 20 min before every game to wait because bug pls get of that ban from my account pls Riot pls pls pls pls
