Leaver again

I got leaver buster.I was playing ranked and i got disconnected because it was windy outside and internet broke up.We didn't lose anything my team just remake and i got leaver buster.This system is garbage because i didn't afk on my own will it was internet connection issue(plus we didn't lose anything,if we did i would understand).Fix this...
