[GAMEPLAY] Not Able to Ping LeBlanc's Passive Ability Cooldown

On LeBlanc, when her passive is on cooldown, pinging the ability won't display the cooldown in chat for teammates to see. I've played many games and the problem is persistent. I'd appreciate if someone could look into this, thanks!
