[CLIENT] Missing Pumpkin Cat Ward Skin

So I bought the Bewitching Janna Bundle a day or so ago, but the Pumpkin Cat ward skin still isn't showing up in my collection or pre-game ward selection menu. Hoping it's not just me, haha.

I would suggest submitting a support ticket so the ones in charge find and fix your issue a bit sooner: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Ward should be in your hextech loot menu, just be carefull and don't disenchant it :D Actually i really dont get why they put in there since if you reroll champion they give it to you without asking... and same with skin if u have champion for him. Kinda weird and unfair.

It is something that my colleagues are looking into and is something the Server Status Page notification was referring to. In the meantime, if you purchased it and re-logged, you should be able to find it all the way at the bottom of the Wards Collection page when looking through the "My Collection" selection: https://imgur.com/Swg3unO

In Champ Select, similarly, you can locate the Pumpkin Cat Ward Skin all the way at the bottom of the list: https://imgur.com/K4RCehC

I still don't have my ward skin. Its in my purchase history but has not yet shown up. Will I get my credit or the ward please?
