Ashe New Q deal 2489 Critical damage instantly
New ashe rework is good but . today i play against ashe but when he use Q he just killed me with 2400+ critical damage 2 times in a row and i dead instantly. sorry for my bad english.

What items did she have??
Maybe you misread. When ashe activates her Q the damage switches to the DoT style where the sum of all her Q autos keep on adding up and the total damage is displayed at the end of Q, when she switches targets, or when she waits too long between attacks.
With those builds she should need at least six seconds to kill you.
I just checked largest crit on that match history, the most she hit you for is ~750. You are probably reading the damage dealt to you by her Q, which is displayed cumulatively. That's why it looked like such a large number
