Toad Standing In Wrong Place

I was playing jungle Kindred when I was attacking the toad and used my Q. The Q affected the blue monster and it also went attacking me. So when I went to flee, and came back. I saw the toad standing in the wrong place. It was a lot further apart than where it should be. Riot, please fix this bug.
