[GAMEPLAY] Warwick Q and R bug

I have also experienced a couple bugs on Warwick's q and ultimate. For the ultimate bug:

1: I ult a champion. 2: While ult'd the enemy champion is able to perform abilities(i.e. Singed toss in video).

I have also experienced a bug where Warwick's q does not follow through despite holding down the q button and being within range. Also demonstrated in the video.
