The new beta doesn't fit my screen properly

1. I downloaded the open beta immediately after patch 6.24
2. I open the LoL client for the new beta
3. The new fullscreen feature does not properly fit my screen.
4. This prevents me from starting games and accepting match requests because my cursor doesn't even reach where those buttons are located.

p.s. before you ask, yes my screen is correctly sized. I have adjusted my resolution numerous times in an attemp to correct the issue but that hasn't had any effect. Regardless of sizing the new beta still doesn't fully fit my screen.
