[Gameplay] I can see when the enemy purchases control wards

I was playing Karma support when I noticed I kept getting the chat message "() purchased a control ward" I started checking to see where my team was when these messages popped up, but none of them were at the shop. Then, sure enough, I saw that the enemy team did have control wards when they came back into view (or at least they came back and likely placed them somewhere on their way to lane). The enemy team would not verify my suspicions, but I'm pretty sure I could see every time an enemy player bought a control ward.
