[GAMEPLAY] Soraka gains her passive on Illaoi's Test of Spirit

Title says it all, when playing Soraka I noticed I got my passive speed boost when the enemy Illaoi used Test of Spirit on my Volibear and the spirit, but not Volibear, got to >40% health. I'm pretty sure this isn't something that is supposed to happen, but I don't see it as all that surprising since the spirit probably has some sort of Champion tag on it, which is what activates Soraka's passive. Again, Volibear's spirit was at low health, but Volibear was ~80% health iirc, and I still got the speed boost. Volibear was absolutely above the threshold, though I don't remember exactly how much health he had.
