Anivia Egg not working [GAMEPLAY]

Just now i was playing some aram and got anivia so i loaded my blackfrost skin and got ready then a little while into the game around when we lost our second tower i died now normaly this would not be an issue but my egg was up ........ further and further into the game it kept happening i would just die while my egg was still up. Personally i dont know the exact reason but i know that it popped fine the first time but after that it just stopped working. if there is a way to watch recent games i would gladly look through it to take screenshots but currently i know of no such way lol. Also this is my first time running into a bug and reporting it in the main game so i hope i did this right and gave enough info ill check back in every so often to see if u would like to know anything else.

ps. im going to add a poll incase anyone else is having this issue

Just now one of my friends told me something that would be a good point he said blackfrost anivia has had its fair share of bugs so it might also have been the skin that was causing the issue.
