Cant login to Support Portal

How is it that when I google to resolve my problem for this it seems that this is an occurrence that dates as far back as maybe 3 years ago. I have tried many browers (Opera, Chrome, Chromium, IE), and tried them in Icognito mode. Have wiped my computers cookies and whatnot. WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO CONTACT THEIR SUPPORT STAFF??
