"Enable smooth camera" option does not persist between games

This is a very simple bug, universally reproducible, and should be easy to fix.

If you check the "Enable smooth camera" in Game settings and save, it applies for the current game you're in, but becomes disabled again next time you load up a game. It's very frustrating to have to remember to have to remember to re-enable it every single game, and to sometimes forget and have it affect your play.

Could a Riot employee please comment and confirm this issue has been reported to the game developers? I reported it on this forum months ago, and there was no answer, so I contacted support, and they told me I should make a new forum post about it.
