Smite bug on baron, dealing damage less than stated [GAMEPLAY]

Even though we still got the baron, my last game I noticed smite did not hit as hard as it was supposed to. The attached links show how much damage smite was supposed to hit, the timing of smite, and how much damage it took. Since true damage is true damage and 800-790 doesn't equal 3, something is wrong. I am strictly pointing this out to help avoid the conundrum of missed smites in ranked. Note: I have two monitors so I cut out the right half. Before During After
