Thresh is Bugged PLEASE DISABLE HIM

So at first I suspected the worst an that someone was hacking. I have reported the bug an Riot I mean Tencent has still not disabled him. Thresh I am not sure how he does it but he rubberbands across the screen after he grabs someone with his q an recasts his Q to jump to them an is untargetable during this usually resulting in a free kill or kills especially on ARAM. This has been going on for over 3 days now. I have played thresh 1 time an it is not noticeable while playing him only when targeted by him. Either he is bugged or people are exploiting a glitch either way he needs to be disabled until you guys fix it Thx
