Now that the draven buffs are out, I would love if riot finally addressed this really annoying bug

I've reported this bug multiple times (email, bug report on riot's forums, reddit posts) and it still hasn't been fixed. If you hover over your own champion portrait, your ult will go in a random direction (this isn't in the video linked but it happens). Also, you can cast ult over your ally portraits for no reason. RIOT PLS I HAVE TRIED TO SUBMIT THIS THROUGH EVERY MEDIAN POSSIBLE AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! Note this is old gameplay but this exact bug is still happening and it happens quite frequently.
