Draven's ult should NOT go to an ally's position if you hover over there portraits

There is literally no use for doing this, why would you ever want to ult to an ally... more often than not this just makes your ult go in a completely random direction when you didn't intend it. At least make this option toggle-able, this happens way too often. I made a video of this issue a while ago on reddit but was downvoted. This functionality is extremely obnoxious and sometimes happens multiple times a game.
