Draven's ult should NOT go to an ally's position if you hover over there portraits

There is literally no use for doing this, why would you ever want to ult to an ally... more often than not this just makes your ult go in a completely random direction when you didn't intend it. At least make this option toggle-able, this happens way too often. I made a video of this issue a while ago on reddit but was downvoted. This functionality is extremely obnoxious and sometimes happens multiple times a game.

to target the enemy champion that is ontop of the ally, like suppose that they are being chased down? situational at best i suppose

I've never seen or had a situation like that... even if there was some very situational use for this, way more often than not you will accidentally hover over there portraits and ult will fly in a random direction.
