Promos in Ranked Leagues Ladder is Bugged

Ever since a few days ago (possibly the Tailyah patch), the displaying of promos on the Ranked Leagues Ladder has been bugged. It will display the first game correctly, and then the second game either appears in the third promo slot, or not at all, depending on whether it is on the ladder or on the sidebar.

I've just checked across other leagues/divisions, and nearly every promo that has 2 or more games played in it is bugged.

Please Riot, surely you must have noticed this bug already. Why has no one posted about this?
