[GAMEPLAY] Jhin Ultimate Bug

So I was messing around in the practice tool and I encountered this strange bug with Jhin's ult, at least I think it is a bug. So if using Jhin you're walking down then back up quickly and use your ultimate downwards, your first ult shot can go upwards outside of the range of the ultimate cone area. I was able to consistently reproduce it (unless I messed up my mechanics... bronze life...) and I'm not sure if it is intentional. Also occasionally it would rapid fire a few shots from the ult in quick succession but I'm not sure how to reproduce that or if it appears in the video I uploaded with the first bug. Thanks!
