5.5 Launcher [CRASH]

Whenever I am loading into the game, about five seconds into landing into the rift, my game instantly crashes. This has happened every time, I completely unistalled League and reinstalled it. That did not make a difference. To reproduce the crash, just simply jump into a game and wait till you get into the game, then it crashes. I have now been banned for at least ten matches up to twenty minutes. Would love some help because I simply just cannot play the game right now. Thank you
