Aftergame glitch

I don't know how but my client showed me a game that I had just looked at. I viewed some guy's profile before my Summoner's Rift match then after i saw this and after it showed me it but in the place of where my stats were supposed to be. As you can see the stats are of a 3v3 but my match off to the right shows a 5v5. Any thoughs?
