League of Legends Support Bug

So, I was playing a game when I dc'd, normally this would annoy me but I wouldn't be to angry about it, so I tried to reconnect. After trying to reconnect for 5 minutes I am brought out of the loading screen and told the game crashed. This annoyed me a bit more, but still things happen I wasn't to worried about it. Giving up on the hope of winning that match i decided to re open the game just to see if it would allow me to reconnect. It didn't. This being a ranked game i was very upset but since i was dc'd due to a server problem on Riot's end, I checked my internet connection and everything was fine but i still wasn't loading in to the game, I figured i wouldn't lose lp for it. I did. This damn near set me off as I had been sitting there for the past 15 minutes trying to reconnect after being dc'd from the match that would put me in promos if i won, which i was on track to do. I decided that I wasn't going to accept this as it wasnt any fault of my own that it happened but I was the one punished for it. I went to the support page wanting to open a ticket or whatever it's called (yes I know that it may not be its intended use but its not like there is any other way to do it). I went to open this ticket but i had to be signed in. I thought it odd that I wasn't as I had been on the page before clicking on the support tab. I typed in my info and it said I had to verify my email. I told it to send the email but it never showed up. I am still waiting for it an hour later and I have no idea what is wrong as I had a friend send me an email and his arrived perfectly fine. I asked it to send another and it still hasn't shown up. This is either a bug that needs to be fixed in the email system or you have way too many support emails being sent, I say too many because if it is taking it over an hour to send it to my inbox then you need to step up your stuff. Look I just want the 19 lp I lost back. Since there isn't really another way to do it since I can't verify my email because the email wont show up I am creating this. If there is anyway I can get that lp back it would be much appreciated.
