Poppy's E (heroic charge) bug?

I just played a game with poppy and when i used my E (heroic charge) i pushed them through the block instead of stunning them. This happend on the block thats inside your base.

Is this a known bug or something that just randomly happens? I got some prove that i definitly went trough the block cause the one i target was at low health and there is no possible way how i could have killed him behind the block with my Q. I should't be able to get there unless i flashed to that spot.

It was actualy too bad cause i died of that play. I couldn't back out cause i was on the other side of the block and the rest of the enemy team catched me out of place right there.
