1. Fizz Ult initially attached Pantheon. No problem.
2. Fizz Q to Pantheon. Blocked. No problem.
3. But Pantheon walked away free (the circle did not follow Pantheon's movement at all) !!!

That is a pure bug. Pantheon can just block basic attack, including Fizz Q, but not R!!!
