Cant play the game

Cant play game when someone doesnt ban it makes me wait a while and then everyone leaves lobby gets kicked out im guessing except me then after 5 miniutes i just leave cause its just at ban screen still i did this 2 times and now have a 30 miniute timer wow this freaking sucks what do i do wait 4 hours in champ select for the game to not work
