Morgana W with Liandry's [GAMEPLAY]

I've noticed when playing Morgana and getting a Liandry's her W only seems to proc the slow on the initial hit, or when the enemy steps out of the pool then back in. While I could see this as not being a bug, why then does for instance frostfang proc the +g bonus every second that someone stands in it. Don't these two passives have the same necessary proc parameters and as such shouldn't they work consistently in the same manner?

Liandry's doesn't slow. If you are talking about the DoT, I'm pretty sure that it works as it should.

it will still do the dot damage of 2% of current hp for 3 seconds it is doubled for targets that have impaired movements. slows, roots, stuns, ect.

if you want full proc of damage i suggest going item 3116 item 3151 proc your w under the target to slow them and proc and as they are slowed you can line up your Q alot easier.
