Launcher Bug?

Well, i've got a real nasty bug here and while i'm writing this i'm sitting on dodge penalty.

When one of the players pick a champ last second before time is out, and im the pick after that, the game sometimes (often) fails to switch to my pick. Thus im locked on watching the last pick in front of me at 0 seconds left.

When this happens i cannot lock in my champ nor do anything. After 15 seconds the game registers me an afk and i get counted as dodge + penalty for that.

Does anybody have this problem too? Is there a solution to this but deinstalling? (I tryed)
